Monday 5th Sept 7.00-8.30 (Online)
How might we create the conditions to safely speak from our hearts of hope, inspiration and grief about our collective past, present and future? How can we help create more regenerative communities and what might this look like?
We welcome you to a learning lab where you can explore possibilities for growing regenerative communities.
Storytelling gives us access to the breadth and depth of conscious experience. Storytelling and storylistening affect each other - storylisteners give the gift of presence and containment, and storytellers entrust their story to storylisteners when they feel safe. Join us online, on the last Tuesday of each month as storytellers remember and tell stories in the presence of storylisteners who not only hear, but also contain both the storyteller and their story by having the desire and emotional capacity to hold onto and bear witness. What side of the story will you be on this month?
Location: online Date: late April
A 12-week collaborative inquiry into what regenerative culture are and how to grow them in our workplaces and communities. In a series of fortnightly online calls we explore regenerative culture through their application in different contexts eg. ecosystems, education, justice, health, everyday organisations

'Regenerating Australia' is a 17 minute short film by the creative team of the award winning film '2040'. It is based on a 4 month interview process with a diverse group of Australians who shared their hopes and dreams for the country’s future.
A retreat held in the Blue Mountains where we explored the following questions;
How can we restore balance for thriving systems?
How do we sustain creative collaborations in a new world?
How might we raise and harmonise our collective vibration?
How might we engage in rituals and ceremonies to honour nature and life?
The Grove sees resilience as collective work which involves connecting and building capacity. Resilience is needed at personal, collective and systemic levels, given that the challenges faced within organisations and individual workers are symptoms of wider scale disruption and transition taking place regionally, nationally and globally.
Robyn & David delighted in collaborating with Lisa Gill, from Reimaginaire PodCast and expert on decentralised ways of working. This was our first online Dojo and we relished the global nature of the group who gathered.
Hosted by Monique Potts and Catherine Donnelly this Warm Data Lab explored the question of ‘What is learning in a rapidly changing world’. Following the practice developed by Nora Bateson to explore transcontextuality of learning across different domains and looking for patterns, common ground and places for intervention in the education system.
In 2019 a team from the Grove took part in U-Lab Societal Transformations Lab with the Presencing Institute MIT. We explored the topic of transforming education and deccolonising the mind through a 9 month lab process, applying immersive and embodies practices such as 3D mapping and 4D modelling.
