Our Community
The Grove is a place to find your tribe and be part of creating a diverse and inclusive community where we explore together:
letting go of outmoded ways of working and embracing the new,
being in transition and enacting change in the world,
taking the courageous path of stepping into the unknown.
practising “Patterns for Decentralised Organising” from The Hum and Elinor Ostrom’s “8 principles for Managing a Commons”
We invite you to co-create places of practice for the meaningful work you want to do in the world.

Drawing on the work of key collaborators in The Grove and the community this series of fortnightly zoom catch ups brings a new perspective to work in fields such as health, education, restorative justice, sustainability, team and community building.

Resilience Labs
Drawing on the research and work of members of The Grove we have developed a series of workshops focused on building resilience in communities and workplaces. These workshops use community development practices such as Asset Based Community Development (ABCD), systems and complexity thinking, appreciative inquiry and a range of other practices to help build relational strength and wellbeing within groups and communities. Please let us know if you would like to inquire about a customised program for your community.
